Mac app support
Help for each of our Mac App Store apps. Put the app name in the subject line so your message reaches the right place.
What to include in a bug report
- The app name and version (from the app menu → About).
- Your macOS version and Mac model (Apple menu → About This Mac).
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if possible. For sync or conversion issues, a small sample project or file helps us reproduce the problem quickly.
Our apps run entirely on your Mac and do not send us any data, so we can only see what you choose to share with us.
Purchases, subscriptions & refunds
All in-app purchases, subscriptions and paid downloads for our Mac apps are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store. Biverio Studios does not see or store your payment details.
Restore a purchase
Open the app, go to its upgrade or settings screen and choose Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
Cancel a subscription
Open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Request a refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something isn't working, email us first — we're often able to fix it.
Studio clients & payments
For photo and video production, app development, web and design projects, contact us at hello@biverio.studio for quotes, project updates and delivery questions.
Invoices and card payments for studio work are processed securely by Stripe. For questions about an invoice, a payment, a receipt or a charge on your statement from Biverio Studios Ltd, email us with the invoice number and we'll respond within 2 business days.
